What is the problem? If it is a spammer, then ban it. But don't take it too serius if the username is exactly the same as the user title.

The problem is: how can he do that ?

The bot creates an account directly without going through the registration page, bipass the anti-spam controls (captcha and another mini trap ) ... and the most dangerous is how can it create (or rename) his user title ?

Actually you've allowed Normal registered users to Change their usertitles. If you want those newly registrants to edit their user titles, you may use install this plugin: http://yaldaram.com/showthread.php?tid=224

I never allowed new members to change their name
