Hello, How do I make all the toplink urls white?

How do I make the forum border go around everything, this includes in footer. It finishes at the end of the category and I want it to be around the whole forum.

How do I disable the whole attachment system, so there is no attachments allowed. After it is disabled, how can i remove it from the post pit.

attachment system :
edit each & every group permissions to remove attachments uploading facility

admin panel --> users & groups --> groups --> click on a group to edit user group
--> Forums and Posts --> Attachment Options --> Can post attachments?

AND remove {$attachbox} from newthread , newreply templates

post your forum URL for the other adjustments ...

I moved the forum on local host. It's just changing colour and length. Thanks for the attachment edit
