Discuz! 5 RC1 editor same as vBulletin's ? Could it be plagiarism?

Looking at the pictures cannot really prove they copied! To be true, these editors also do look like Office very much! Do they also plagiarize Office code? Big Grin



Therefore, we should get down and look at the code. Wink

Good system development usually needs some guiding, thus it is not surprising that Discuz! used vb's code as a guide.



Thus, we should also take a look at the Javascript. Toungue

So, the answer is very obvious that Discuz just shift the whole code to their own script.
But can it be possible that Discuz and vBulletin bought the 'editor + javascript' to use for their scripts?
Impossible. The editor + javascripts are all written by vBulletin!

It was heard that Discuz! 5's new dropdown menu is the same as vb's ones. Smile

Have any of you tried to mod for vB3.5?

It sucks, it's as if you have to use the Plugin / Product system in order for things to work right.

I hate it. >_<;
