Most probably the following plugins are causing this;
- Double post
- Mods Cant Edit Admins Posts
Try to disable each of these two and see if the error popups ?
Well, the error isn't showing now even before disabling them. (It doesn't seem to happen everytime.) I'll update this thread when it happens again.
Note: I haven't disable any plugins

It only happens when you have a ' in your message.
I guess this is solved after deactivating the plugin called 'Double Post'
