okay I dont know if this already exist, I dont think so because I looked, But for serious skinners like me, we like to use full css stylesheets when editing. Now I don't mean an actual file on the server. I mean like in the admin cp when we're editing the skin.

the easy css editor stuff is annoying to me and i'd like to have just one page with one text box with all the css inside of it.

is this possible? Already exist and I can't find it?

I would agree with this, it's easier to find your way around the CSS when it's not divided over textboxes.

Also there are things in the css that dont show up on the easy css page.

I wonder if someone could create a modification for this? Doesn't sound like a very complicated thing, I'd try if i knew how to code php and mysql.
