HI there is this plugin called Welcome Topic.
I would like it so that it creates a welcome topic for all USER accounts. My forum currently has over 1000 members and I would like a welcome topic for all of them.
I tried making the user group Awaiting activation and then activated them from AdminCP But it did not create a welcome topic.
