/home/content/23/7480323/html/inc/languages/english/mytabs.lang.php does not exist

That is what I get when I go to the edit options tab under UserCP any idea what is wrong here?

have you uploaded mytabs.lang.php file to ./inc/languages/english/ ... AND does it have CHMOD 664 / above level

No I do not have it in inc/languages/english will get it try it and see if it works.
