Any suggestion for plugins that will stop my forum to be hacked?

Your main account, revoke its admin permissions.
Create a different account with admin permissions, and have it displayed as a registered member.

I am in the middle of creating a plugin that makes it virtually impossible (if not feasibly improbable) that you passwrod (or any other user password) can be cracked from a database dump

No plugin will stopped you from getting hacked. There are so many variables about being hacked, that no plugin could cover it.

Imo, if you are that worried about getting hacked, don't have a forum. Just be prepared when it happens, that you won't lose anything that is of interest with you.

Experience and common sense are more powerful than any plugin.
