Though there are various links to the pro_portal file, the last time I checked it will not install on a 1.6.4 installation. I am not sure if it is fixed.

^ recheck the uploaded files - /portal/inc/portal.class.php exists in the package ...
its all there its screwed up
^ just now I installed it without any problem on a test board on localhost (myBB 1.6.4 on XAMPP)
hmm idk why on mine its fuged up
