dilemma

Can anyone help please as I'm a bit of a novice at MyBB. I have 2 skins on my board, one normal one and one Christmas themed one. I have a plugin that makes it snow which will only show on the normal skin and not on the Christmas one where I want it.

Any ideas where I'm going wrong here? Been scratching my head for hours and getting nowhere
