Instead of showing when a post was posted in the format "Today at 2:30pm" I'd like to show it as "5 hours ago" or "4 minutes ago" or "2 days ago" then after a week, it'd start showing the "26 Nov" etc.

There might be one for 1.4 IIRC, but I haven't been able to find it.
