Ok, i think i've overwritten a file with something now. Because when i go to a category on my forum it would be domain.com/forum-5.html i don't think that's normal. Where is the file that contains the original link structures where i can get that and overwrite it with the original?

ACP > Configurations > Server and Optimization Options > Enable search engine friendly URLs? > and select "Automatic Detection".
