MyBB Community Forums

Full Version: MyBB RSS feeds "broken" for several days?
You're currently viewing a stripped down version of our content. View the full version with proper formatting.
I'm getting a blank result, and it used to work:
http://community.mybb.com/syndication.ph...2&limit=15
...also, in a (web-based) RSS reader the same feed has not updated for ~5 or more days.

EDIT: Works in IE, broken in Firefox; That doesn't seem possible maybe my FF is messed up ??
EDIT#2: A MyBB test forum feed works in my FF, so there is (almost certainly) a problem with your feed, what could cause that?
I have this problem too.

Valid or not, there is currently a "real serious" problem with this sites feed, that is not a bug in the standard MyBB software.

I used windows 7 with firefox 7.1 or whatever the newest version is.

Also, in chrome it is an empty feed as well. Haven't tried with ie.
IE somehow works; Chrome does not (did not used to) be able to handle RSS well, by now they might have fixed it (nope, even on a good feed Chrome just shows raw XML)
Empty raw xml. Has no content for posts.

Really? That's odd, my Chrome has content, just 'raw'

Another one. This one exposes the entire API, so you can show the forecast, barometer, winds, etc., where and how you like them.<br /> <br /> Download link <a href="http://mods.mybb.com/view/yahoo-weather" target="_blank">http://mods.mybb.com/view/yahoo-weather</a>

Oh well, either way this site has a RSS /Firefox issue which is not a problem with MyBB software.

It is a problem with MyBB though at least the community's installation. It works fine on my board, just not on this one :\

This is what my output in chrome is:
