Is it possible to undo a merge with 2 mybb sites?
Did you backup the database you merged in to?

If so, drop all tables and import it.
Ok and I am going to assume threads/members/post/etc would still remain on the merged sites correct?
We really can't support "Undoing" a merge for obvious reasons.
