So I took the time to make his a release.
Here is the license and install instructions from the readme.txt.

Installation Instructions
------------------------------
1) Copy the "clanfind" folder to your forums images directory.
2) Go to the Admin CP and look for "Themes", and click on "Import".
3) Click on browse and navigate to the clanfind_theme.xml file.
4) Make sure that the parent theme is "MyBB Master Style" and "Import Custom Templates" to Yes.
ClanFind Theme should now be successfully installed.

You can edit the header image as a layered PNG called clanfind.PNG and upload to images/clanfind/header.gif.��You can download the Counter Strike font from GameFonts.com
