I have a question.

If I disable currently active reputation system on my forum, will all the already gotten reputation points be gone for good if sometime after that I decide to enable it again ?

It will stay as it is. You can enable it anytime and all reputations will still exist.

Yes. Current information will keep and you can use them later i think.
