Hey.
How would I go about disallowing users from group "x" and group "y" from changing user titles (registered and awaiting activation), but allow group "a", group "b", group "c", group "d", group "e" (VIP, Mods, SMods, JMods [<-- Custom], and Admins) to change theirs?

User title is like them making it say....Commander of So and So...

edit specific group permissions AND disallow using custom user titles ...

admin panel --> users & groups --> groups --> click on specific group to edit -->
users and permissions --> Can use custom user titles? <-- un-check & save user group
