I don't really mind, I'm just looking for a good host. I can handle up to 30$/month.

Well, you have more than enough for the budget needed, that's good. However, you only need shared hosting for now.

I'd recommend MDDHosting. Support and uptime is great. If you're new to hosting, the owner, Mike, will help you as you go on. Reputable host at WHT community.
