I get this error
The following errors were encountered:
•MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt.
there Is also a error in the wording "Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt." where it says "file is the correct" the does not work there and should be removed
the theme I was trying to import was one I made on another forum.
Can some one please help?
try checking the ignore compatibility checkbox. and insert a new name for the theme. If it doesn't work, then again export the theme from that forum where you made it

I actually tried those and it did not work
so I tried
Include templates in the export as well? and said no and that worked

Well I just impored the css part and changed all the template edits by hand so I am ok
probably some bug that will get fixed eventually
It was not a big deal there was not to much to change.
I could just pm/email you xml if you still want to take a look tho
