Mydevel was never used on this forum. My Forum was built slowly over the past 2 years some of the accounts are spam accounts but the majority of the accounts are real people that joined the forum and has never posted. I wish you would not jump to conclusions from looking at the forum and members.

Forum lounge category and Introduction forum itself consist of 2936 posts. Only 1513 posts are on topic, and you have few empty Forum too. You should try to change this strategy. Try encouraging people to post on-topic, by disabling post count in Forum lounge, having contests, etc.
Find some unique services or Forum categories, because the things you currently have are present in all admin Forums. Also, try getting a custom theme. The theme you are using is used tons of times, and especially forum owners (who will be your members) will know the theme is overused.

Kavin, yes the forum has not been run well before me. The empty forum are the ones I have added over the past few days and working on it to get it unique and also working on getting a theme.
