I have added three of the requested buttons to the .zip file attached in my first post.

I would love to see the URL's of forums that are using the elegant black buttons!

The rest is great. Just need the pm button

So does anyone actually have this file? Or should I give up on finding this? The download zip has an empty postbit_pm.gif

Indeed theres a error with postbit_pm.gif, you might want to PM kodaks about it?

I'm sure Kodaks will fix that soon
