I'm getting this error 3 steps in Sad

Fatal error: Call to undefined method datacache::update_threadprefixes() in /home/uroxgam1/public_html/new-606.co.uk/install/upgrade.php on line 598

Help appreciated.

You haven't overwritten all the files. Reupload 1.6.4, making sure your FTP client is overwriting the old files.
