I have face Problem in last 3 4 days on my site i have trying to resolve but i can't understand and also can't find where is problem and why

When i attchact any file when i new post than this message show

"The file upload failed. Please choose a valid file and try again. Error details: The attachment could not be found on the server."

i have trying many type of files upload but same error show and

I have aslo check upload directly its 777

Are you sure /uploads/ and all folders inside have the right permissions?

Go to ACP >> Configuration >> Settings >> Server and Optimisation

and is your path to uploads correct?

yes path is correct
