I don't know who he is spamming on my forum, I've even set activation through email. Before that someone register in my forum and he post alot of abuses there. After that I've set instant activation to email verification. and now he posted something very annoying
something Like this

Last day I banned him, and now he register himself with a valid email using proxy.

so here is his details:
his email address is: [email protected]
IP with proxy : 95.154.230.191


May be his orignal IP is this which I banned last day: 182.178.138.145


So any tell me Is that really a mybb error ? or its just a spam, in case it's a spam then do I need to visit HF to get the ip from this yahoo email? I think the guy on this web:- xploitpk [dot] blogspot.com
is doing this, So how can I report this blog to google?
