How can i change from:

Any hints on which template/how to do it appreciated.

forumbit_depth1_cat, forumbit_depth2_cat and forumbit_depth2_forum

Am i missing one/something?

You need to change the colspan in forumbit_depth1_cat

Replace with:

<td class="tcat" colspan="2">
