i just finished editing my own them to my liking but since am done with it i wanted to do more...
so i thought maybe the admin cpanel..
but does anyone know that we may change it ? license agreement and stuff?

can you elaborate - what exactly you want to change in admin panel ...
i would like to change the look in it ...(only editing css file )

and if i can... where do i find it o.O i find two themes for admin cpanel..
you can change css as you like ! as you said, there are 2 styles for admin panel ;
they use different style sheets for showing the contents. you can modify them ...
ok i tried but nothing changed.... where can i see wich theme its using ...i checked the php file and database .. cant seem to find wich one its using
^ admin panel --> preferences --> Admin Control Panel Theme
in general default theme is selected for the admin panel ...
AND you may like using the other theme (sharepoint theme)
