I was lookin at someones website and saw this theme but the header links aint what I wanted.

How do I remove the tabs background and border so it just like
http://prntscr.com/3v0ug

forum URLs required .. that can be background image OR background color ...

I don't have one because I was thinking of making a forum with the theme but want to change the header links.
