My forum has been suffering from very slow loading time for almost a week. I've fixed server optimization options in admincp, optimized database tables, and cleared my plugins... it hasn't helped.

I've attached a copy of my debug log. Any help would be hugely appreciated. This is my site:http://www.muckypig.com/thepigpen/index.php

bad hosting or too much plugins installed...
You've out grown your host it seems.
Noticed your server load is rather high, is that the average load?

Under Server and Optimization Options, you can turn off the Forum Jump Menu if the forums get alot of use.

Check with your hosting provider, if their resources are insufficient, then find better hosting with reliable uptime and better server balance.
i think it's down to the server balance.
i took out the theme jumper and all the plugins as soon as i saw it was slow.
i wrote them and they say they're having fluctuation problems on the server.

looks like it is time for a new server Sad
It looks like your forum gets alot of activity, if you're on shared hosting, I'd suggest moving to a VPS or a dedicated server. Much better server balance and faster speeds as you won't be sharing resources with everyone else on that server.
You only have 11 queries. Your server load is 14.7 which is WAYY high and unhealthy for the server. You have insane activity for the amount of members you have which is mostly the reason for the high server load causing the 14.7 server load. Which is insane.

You can try and follow these steps http://community.mybb.com/thread-93652.html to improve and optimize your website and it might fix a little bit of it. Though you still may need a new host. I'd suggest with your amount of activity you purchased a VPS or a better host. Take a look at http://valcatohosting.com they have some great prices and about the best host I've ever had. The support is blazing fast, their website is straight forward and there are tons help documents if you need help with anything. Any plan also comes with unmetered bandwidth(but limited storage) and their host works truly great. http://acefuse.com is a quick demo and I'd show you some others but 3 of them are in development currently and I'd prefer not to give it away.

EDIT: Forgot to mention for shared hosting you get ssh access and a free domain name. Registering my free one as I type this Toungue.
