it happens to be a
paid work ; moreover one should have permission from the original coder ...
You have to give proof than theme author give you permission to do a conversion, doesn't matter if it is a free or paid job.
Id rather not download that and test it out myself
Can you link a live preview of the theme so I can take a look at it.
I could probably attempt to find a theme that looks similar and edit that until they are the same.
