Full Version: page shows error after creating polls

when i create a new poll in my forum after clicking the button "post thread" the page go to following error page instead of going to original page where from I was created the poll

plz help to resolve this issue

you can only create a poll in "polls" forum
ACP >> Tools & Maintenance >> File Verification

Do any files show up as changed there?

Can you also post the contents of your .htaccess

when i clicked file verification it shows following errors
