I was wondering, am I allowed to add on coloured posts and threads for admins and moderators and staffs? I also would like to know how can I put a icon next to the usergroup username like Runescape.

I also think it would be fun if members can create and modify there users. Is there way that I can have a face maker? A face generator how members can edit and create there display picture of an animated figure? If not, can I delete all of the other avatars and put new ones in and make it display on registration?

Just add the image HTML there, for example:
