How do I completely remove all traces of my forums, databases, history etc. etc?

If I knew how to ftp I would delete every file.

I want to get back to the stage before I ever heard of mybb.

Advice would be appreciated.

suddenly you want to remove all traces of myBB without saying any reason ...

may be better to ask your web host to delete everything so that you can do whatever you want ...
