The furthest I got was every time I recounted the statistics it made the posts, so anyway I can automate recounting the statistics?

Statistics do not need to be recounted. The recounting exists only because it may fail somewhere when the data is updated - this happens daily on your forum as your members create new posts, new threads, etc.

E.g. Member X posts a new thread -> Number of threads increases.

That's how it works. However there may be bugs somewhere (some that may have been reported already and we have not fixed yet or some that have not been reported yet) or for some reason the data is not updated and that's when you run the recounting functionalities.
