I have noticed that sometimes when posting I have to wait up to 30 seconds I think it is before being able to post again, is there anyway to turn this off or perhaps change the time so it's not so long.

admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> posting --> Post Flood Checking
--> Post Flood Time <-- change to 15 OR 10 AND save settings

@ mohdows, in general, we do not use zero for post flood time !! the setting is set such
that it tries to prevent multi-posting by bots ; bots spam with lot of posts within few minutes ..

Yes. I agree ranjani. Setting a very low delay time between post can make your forum a good place for robots and spammers to post their low quality content on your website.
