Plugin that can have an option on members profile, to rank them up , witouth going to admin panel?
if not, could it be maked Angel ? mybb version: 1.6.3

As i understood you want this feature only for Admin of forum? Or for all members?

For admin, like they can visit a member profile onn the forum, then its a popup menu, showing ranks, and you can place them in it
