I want the following options when creating poll:
a) Option for each user can choose two or three options so forth.
b) Option if the user can change their vote or not in each poll. Why are polls that I prefer that users do not change the vote, but others prefer to have the option to change the vote.
c) Show the date of beginning and end of the poll.
regards...
Wouldn't the beginning be no data....
And, there is on option for choosing multiple options already.
anyone know what plugin do that in 1.6?
Not a high priority for me, but if you're rewriting the software anyway it makes sense to overhaul the poll system to allow greater flexibility. Since the majority of people making a poll just want a simple one-choice-per-user question, however, maybe it would make sense to have "basic/advanced" tabs in the create poll dialogue, set to basic by default but allowing users to hit the advanced tab to get more options.

I usually do the poll type: Vote for two favorite animes of the winter season.
Vote for three favorite characters.
in another forum that I participate.
but i can´t make this type of poll in my own forum. Because don´t have this feature.

Maybe not, but I can think of a few more options you might as well include as well though (e.g. users votes being public), which might make the resulting amount of options a bit daunting for new users.

A small link named (Advance options) in poll settings page, which when clicked can display all the advanced options.

Yes, that's the lines I was thinking along. That's probably better than tabs actually.

Ok...
But you have more idea more than already has in SMF? In SMF has only 4 option. Unless allows creation of more than a poll in the same topic.
