Has anyone got a good proxy disabler plugin.Other than this 1
http://mods.mybb.com/view/no-proxy-please because that bans peoples IP's who are not using a proxy.And a plugin that disables multiple account registering because this is why.

I have done that but I think they just use proxies.Because look what it says when I search this users IP
