Hello. i am trying to put the warning points as 15% instead of 10% because im trying to do that but its not working if someone can tell me how to do that, that would be great

Should be Configuration Settings > Warning System > Warning Levels. So should read something like: "Maximum Warning Points" or you can edit the warnings.lang.php file.
