Make sure to fix the smile animating problem in MyBB 1.1.7
i added animated smiles in my forum. When i post a new message/thread they seems normal. But when i click someone, they are not animating...
There is no version 1.1.7...
And I don't have any issue with animated smilies.
I have never has any problems with animated smilies, so I don't think this is a MyBB issue.
Try clearing your browsers cache.

I've had the same issue with the animates smilies, though I think it's more an issue with the firefox browser than anything else. That is, I am assuming you are using FF, CasTexx?
The issue is the following:
When posting a new post/topic using the advanced method (not quick reply), you have the smilie manager on the left. When you click a smilie the javascript inserts the code into the post...no problem there. However, if the smilie is animated, as soon as it gets clicked all of the smilies stop animating.
So basically instead of an endless loop os animation they get stopped as soon as clicked...
I know 1.1.7 isn't released yet....
But i mean this problem should be fixed in 1.1.7

especially when MyBB 1.2 is coming out soon, 1.1.7 - 1.1.9 will be security patches.
What if there are still security holes after 1.1.9 and 1.2 isn't ready? :o
Nah, no doubt Chris will come up with some confusing system like:
MyBB 1.1.9.1 or something
