I have mybb 1.6.4 and reCAPTCHA 3 plugin installed
now look
I thought spam bots cant hack recaptcha

All recaptcha is, is words on an image. No captcha claims to defeat all spam bots.

Who's to say they're not human spammers?

There's plenty of anti-spam plugins available.

gmail sanitizer plugin might help ...
