Members on my forum, keep joining with like '' r.r '' ,and two or three words in their username. Is there any plugin that can set an minimum length on username?

admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> User Registration and Profile Options -->
Minimum Username Length
<-- enter required
length
(eg.
6
) AND save settings ...
