Hello!

I have started translating to Slovenian language. I am using British english files and I am rewriting them. My problem is the following:
Letters such as: č, š, ž, Č, Š, Ž are not displayed...
I know I could use the html codes for those letters, but I preffer not to.

I translated few lines in aksimet for test and this problem appears right from the start. Could anyone help? I've also included a screenshot (it's a bit bad, since I currently have only paint program available)

In Notepad++ before you startnig translate chek Encode in UTF-8 without BOM.

Proper Slovenian translation for MyBB is impossible to make due to lack of dual in MyBB's core.

Nemogoče bo narediti pravilni Slovenski prevod za MyBB dokler ne vklučijo dodatne kode za dvojino kar dvomim da se bo zgodilo (premalo nas uporablja MyBB).

Database tables could use utf-8 format.
