Hi, I got many spam suer from ru and other country. I have to delete every time about 20 acc. How can i stop them not to come my forum?

I also recommend the ReCaptcha III plugin... It is challenging for even regular users, so you might want to watch out for users complaining about it being too hard.

Add to the for mentioned security there is stop forum spam website. I have a list of IP that I deny in htaccess and it cuts it down 90% plus. I have a new board and no users. It made it easy to gather my list. They are the most active spam IP's. It sure is nice not having to go through the member list. Cutting off the access to the user cp for newly registered users detours live spam heads. There is also fightspam website. A link that the bots follow and get a long list a bad email address and supposedly locks up the bot. Really don't know if that actually works or not.

Is it possible to also add that Security Questions plugins to posts only seen by guests?

reCaptcha is hard and useless, it's cracked already.
Stop Forum Spam is a very very bad choice, it was reporting some of my members as "spammers" for nothing, if you post "lol", it will concider it as a spam :/

That's definitely not how the SFS plugin works.

you can search the ip,email address, or user name. If found in data base you could block IP via IP deny. If I see a lot of hits on registerdotphp and the IP turns up in the stop forum spam website data base its blocked. I also block access to users cp for newly registered users because they advertise in profile. don't allow the group view profile, calendar, and search. legitimate users get promoted.

But since I started using the stop forum spam search I have a lot less pruning. They can't even make an account. The spambots that is.
