okay here is what happened guys :
I shifted my hosting so i had to re upload all the files to the new server. All of that is done but the only issue now is that the forum looks messed.. I dont know what exactly is wrong.. I even tried changing the theme but no luck..Please have a look :

I can't exactly explain the issue, but it appears that none of your css/images are loading.

Thanks for replying david but the link you gave does not give any constructive ways on how it can be solved. The only thing i could find was that the domain needs to be propagated but its already been 48 hours since the domain name has been propagated..
So idk what to do..

Have you tried editing /inc/settings.php?

If I try to view your CSS I get a 404 not found error. Go through your themes CSS in your ACP and save all the stylesheets, you don't need to change anything, just open them and save, they should then be re-cached.

Thank you! The CSS is fixed now but the images are not appearing

I just get a 404 for the images:

okay its fixed now I just changed the theme
