after i have replaced the index.php for 1.6.4, my threads are loading tooo slowly, i know it's strange but please help.

Have you installed an original copy of MyBB? When did you download it? If you've done that lately than please provide a link to your forum, otherwise download a recent copy of MyBB and upload the "index.php" file to your server...
i have replaced the index.php after that security alert.....
