my question is there any plugin , tweak or manipulations to make my mybb forum member profile look like that with profil field frnd list n "send a mesege" & add as a frnd like this ??

To include profile comments, use this plugin: http://mods.mybb.com/view/profile-comments

To include buttons, you just need to add button's code in member_profile template. Button code should be like this;

<a href="LINK GOES HERE"><img src="IMAGE PATH FOR IMAGE" alt="" title=""></a>&nbsp;
