i would like to make some mods for a specific section and it will shows on that section.

how to make a mod for a specific forum or thread.

You can make specific mod for specific forum, but not for specific threads.

ACP > Forums and Posts > Click [Options] infront of that forum > Select "Moderators" > and add the username in "Add a user as Moderator" option field.
