sorry next time i will put my problems into the same post , so this time i have this annoying work , i would like to know how to remove it and thanks a lot .
You're missing the image '/images/*theme*/english/postbit_reputation.gif'
You'll either need to create a new one and upload it or disable post reputation.

if you do not need reputation system then you can disable it ...
admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> Reputation --> Enable Reputation Functionality <-- select no & save settings
