Hi,
i am trying to setup mybbforum...everything was going smoothly till now...but now i am stuck at mail configuration to send Activation emails...I am gonna use it for my website but currently Mybb is installed onto Local Network ..i want to send Smtp mails for registration emails to be sent .....Can someone help me out in this.....i am not hands on at mybb but i am trying my best....i feel i am going wrong with the settings somewhere,can someone guide me on how to setup myBB to send emails.......

ACP > Configuration > Mail Settings > SMTP Mail

Enter the SMTP server details there.

i have tried the setting putting in the smtp username encrption and everything mentioned there...the question i have is it because i am on Local Network that i am not able to send mails using mybb......
