Is there any text editor with shortcut keys as in gmail or in stack overflow ?
i.e. you can make bold text by using ctrl+b etc
You mean a WYSIWYG text editor for web stuff? If so, then TinyMCE does that.
Shortcut keys are allowed in it? i.e. pressing ctrl+b will make text bold as in MSword
Download it and find out for yourself. That's what we'd have to do.

Yes, it allows you to use shortkeys.
There is a shortcut plugin for the ACP, maybe you can download it and check it to try and use it for the whole forum.
